Mar 7, 2024

On 2 Feb, Amazon launched Rufus, a new AI-powered shopping assistant. Amazon has launched this new AI chatbot inside the Amazon shopping app. Customers can interact with Rufus inside the Amazon shopping app to enhance their shopping experience.

If looking for any product comparison customers can also take help for that. For example, they can ask “What’s the difference between lip gloss and lip oil? Additionally, customers can also get recommendations for products like “Is this pickleball paddle good for beginners?”, or “Is this jacket machine washable?”
