Airtable Brings AI Summarization to Businesses
Recently, Airtable introduced its new technology and capabilities to the tech world known as Airtable AI. This AI is a new and innovative way to accelerate and transform the core business processes in other organizations. From discovering new insights to categorizing the pieces of information among the teams, you can leverage the power of AI with Airtable AI.
The employees of the same organization can now generate emails or other social media posts with a single tap. Employees can translate the data into multiple languages including te customer feedback, while keeping the tone of the original content. However, the company has not declared its default language or the number of languages it can translate the data.
The company said the AI features are a “paid, opt-in feature that is only enabled if purchased and turned on.” however, the company will offer a free trial of 500 AI credits, wc are enough to do 500 formulas or matching records, 10 blog posts, or 50 translations. But for further use, users have to pay an additional $6 per seat per month paid annually.

Previously, Airtable AI was tested by over 1200 organizations during the Beta testing phase. AWS was one of their customers to produce AI-generated responses through Airtable AI summarization. “AWS teams have used Airtable to streamline and accelerate our marketing workflows,” said Jonathan Laniado, Senior Automation Manager for Amazon Web Services (AWS), which was an early beta tester and partner on Airtable AI via Amazon Bedrock.”As one of Airtable Al’s early customers, we leverage Airtable Al on Amazon Bedrock to further enhance and automate processes.”
“Now, AWS marketing teams are delivering better experiences to its customers thanks to the boost in workflows in productivity,” said Jonathan.
For now, the users can choose from OpenAI GPT-3.5 and GPT-4, as well as Anthropic Claude and Claude 2 via Amazon Bedrock. But later on, the company will introduce more LLM models into the AI.
